When is the library open?    7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. on most school days.  On shortened school days we open at 7:15 and close after 7th period.

Do I need a pass to enter the library during class time?  Yes!  Your Student Planner or a goldenrod hall pass with the time and teacher's initials will be accepted.

May I go to the library during study hall?  Yes!  Simply sign up with the library staff BEFORE school and then report to the library instead of to study hall on that day.  You must arrive before the bell rings and stay the entire hour.  Your teacher will be notified that you are in the library.

How many books may I check out at a time?  3

How do I check out a book?  Take the book and your student ID card to the circulation desk.  Give them to the library staff.  You may check out a book without your ID.

How will I know when my book is due?  The due date will be stamped inside the front cover.

Will I be charged a fine for overdue books?  No, but you will be charged for replacement cost if book is returned damaged or not returned at all.  A $2.00 processing fee will be added for each lost item.

Where can I get the User Names and Passwords required for Home Access to the Research Databases?  Ask the library staff.  Hand-outs are available at the Circulation Desk.
